How to Complete Your Contract

To submit your Brush Up & Whine Down contract, please follow these steps:

1. Download the contract to your phone or computer. 

2. Fill it out electronically. 

3. Save the completed file to your device. 

4. Upload the saved file using the Contract Submission Form below 

   (or email it to tondunom@yahoo.com). 

Booking Approval

Your booking is officially locked in once your contract is submitted and availability is approved.
